What Is Your Warranty Policy?
All our jewelry comes with a one-year warranty, covering any manufacturing defects. Please note, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss of stones, or damage due to misuse.
Flexible Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other popular payment methods. We also offer flexible plans on purchases over $500. Production of custom jewelry begins after receiving a 70% deposit, and the final payment must be completed before shipping.
Do You Offer Jewelry Certificates?
Yes, all of our diamonds come with a certification from reputable gemological labs and GIA. If you'd like to receive a certificate for your purchase, please request it within 72 hours of placing your order. A small fee may apply for certification requests.
Engraving Services
We offer complimentary engraving services on most of our jewelry pieces. If you'd like a special message engraved, please let us know while placing the order. Note that certain styles may not be eligible for engraving, and additional charges may apply for custom fonts or designs.
