We offer free shipping on every order. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

Handling Time - Minimum 3 Business Days - Maximum 7 Business Days 

Shipping Time - Minimum 8 Business Days - Maximum 10 Business Days

For our International customers, after your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered via the following carrier.

Return and Exchange Policy

7 Days of Return Policy:
We offer a 7-day return period in case of dissatisfaction, with no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority, and if you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days for a hassle-free refund or exchange. Please note:

  1. Return Process: You will need to initiate and manage the return shipment.

  2. Return Window: Ensure that the item is returned to us within the 7-day period.

  3. Purity Check: Once we receive the item, we will conduct a thorough jewelry and karat meter test to verify the purity of the returned item.

  4. Refund Processing: Upon successful verification, the refund will be processed within 3-4 working days.

Cancellation of Orders: Should you have a change of heart and wish to cancel your order, we accommodate cancellation requests within 3 days of purchase. Kindly raise a cancellation request, and our team will ensure a prompt refund process.

 

Refund Process: Once your returned product is verified and  approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take a 4-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
