Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on every order. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

Handling Time - Minimum 3 Business Days - Maximum 7 Business Days 

Shipping Time - Minimum 8 Business Days - Maximum 10 Business Days

For our International customers, after your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered via the following carrier.

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • ROYAL MAIL

  • SKYNET

Return and Exchange Policy

Order Cancellations:

  • Within 48 Hours: You may cancel your order if it's within 48 hours of placing it. After this window, cancellations are not accepted.

Refunds:

  • Mismatched Design: If the product you receive doesn't match the design on our website, you're eligible for a refund.

  • Contact Us: Report the issue at contact@thekaratstore.us with your order details and a description of the discrepancy.

Product Modifications:

  • After Delivery: If you want to change the stone size or any other specifications after receiving the product, you can request this change.

  • Additional Costs: You will need to cover the return shipping and any costs associated with the modification.

Damaged Products:

  • Report Promptly: If your product arrives damaged, report the issue within 3 days at contact@thekaratstore.us.

  • Resolution Options: We will provide an exchange or store credit, depending on your choice and item availability.

No Post-Receipt Cancellations:

  • Final Sale: Once you have received your order, it cannot be canceled. Please review your items upon arrival and contact us if there are any issues.
